No technical knowledge is required. The bcheck device is installed in less than 15 minutes, in a few simple steps. Simple instructions are included in the box.
The first line of communication is triggered by our platform that continuously monitors the health of your boiler. Once our systems detect a defect or an imminent defect (by means of deviating system values), a system alarm warning is sent by the monitoring platform, allowing you to take immediate action.
In order to be able to send the boiler data to our server, bcheck needs to connect to the internet via the home (wireless) network. This network connection can be quickly and easily configured with the help of a smartphone, tablet, laptop or a press on the router’s WPS button.
Bcheck comes with all the connectors needed and is fully surface-mounted – easy and straightforward wiring schemes bring boiler monitoring within the reach of all. Today, the solution is available for wall-mounted boilers only, but we are working hard to extend the range.
Our algorithms do not collect any data that can be associated with the user. Whenever a technical issue is detected or imminent, we will contact the user or – if the user has formally agreed to this – his of her qualified boiler service provider to schedule an intervention. The user’s data privacy is ensured at all times.
